Scope

1. Document Management and Control Services for procurement and execution phase; acting as Single Point of Contact for Project Team and all Contractors
2. Mapping of key information and preparation of Documentation Processes with Project Management
3. Creation of Manuals, Management Plans incl. onboarding + training for project team, contractors etc.
4. Creation and negotiation of Document Management Employer Requirements for all contractors.
5. Design and administration of SharePoint for internal Process, Decision- and Information Management.
6. Data management and mining for Reporting, Dashboards and KPIs
